It seems that some people (especially in industrial countries) having eating habit in either one of these ways: they overeat on massive pieces of unhealthful and canned foods and getting fatter, or they're starving themselves on the over restraining regimen that they feel so uncomfortable. So there must be a third option, we can enjoy our good quality food daily in a temperate way without feeling guilt within. Where to look the best and natural way?

We can take a look at traditional wisdoms all around this globe, we can find that for hundred ages people traditionally eat some things directly from nature and their activity are really natural activities. They really live a LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability). Historically, obesity problem is a rare case. They eat what they like without worrying of fatness problem like we're facing today. Even today, in the remote places of Asia, Mediterranean, etc. there obesity rates have been low. Of course, the new global trend of fast food, unnatural food ingredients and unhealthy physical-inactive lifestyles changed partly this condition.


So that, why don't we search for that kind of traditional habit in eating, where people eat from their fresh crops, no canned meal, no preservatives, in short, in natural ways, where they just working daily with their muscles in their fields or walking some kilometres to their workplace: that's their fitness center. They lived as lohasian, practiced LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability), enjoyed what they eat and they activate their muscles, naturally.
